An Anthropologie recipe

A friend online,  Melissa Ann Marie, that she was making a perfume roller.  She said she used 3 drops each of the following oils to achieve the an Anthropologie perfume when mixed with fractionated coconut oil.

I wasn't in the mood to create a perfume roller. I wanted a peaceful diffuser blend.

An Anthropologie Diffuser Blend, I only used 2 drops of each:

Idaho Blue Spruce

Northern Lights Black Spruce

Pine

Tangerine

Lime

Ylang Ylang

Geranium

Delicious and worthy of the rainbow that was hitting my aroma diffuser while I was at work in the craft room today.

Happy Air Freshener

I have a friend with cats, who blew through her Lemon and Purification in her starter kit.   I was looking for something that may help continue to deodorize her home.  I came across this recipe in my EOPR section on Diffusing.  And I LOVE it!   I happily diffused some myself, and then made her a sample and sent it off yesterday!

In an old Lavender 5 mL bottle, I put

20 drops Lavender
10 drops Lemon
6 drops Bergamot
5 drops Lime
5 drops Grapefruit

I put 3-4 drops in the diffuser, but you could use more.  Diffuse it neat, or put in a spray bottle with 1 cup of water for a deodorizing mist . It's a refreshing citrus that I think you all will Love!

Rainy Days

We've had a ton of rain the last few weeks, especially in the last few days.

My poor dog has been very upset.  Princess gets upset when it storms.  We use Lavender and Peace & Calming in the diffuser for her.  But this past month, in my ER, I bought her some T-Away.  It was described to me as being Valor AND Peace & Calming for dogs.  Not surprising, it has All the Ingredients of Valor II and Peace and Calming, for a fraction of the price!  It's even prediluted with fractionated coconut oil so that it won't bother her skin.   And it has Tangerine, Lavender, Royal Hawaiian Sandlewood, German Chamomile, Frankincense, Valerian, Ylang Ylang, Black Spruce, Geranium, Davana, Orange, Angelica, Rue, Helichrysum, Hyssop, Spanish Sage, Lime, Patchouli, Coriander, Blue Tansy, Bergamot, Rose, Lemon, Jasmine, Roman Chamomile, and Palmarosa.
We opted to give T-Away a Try.
The first time I broke it out was when she woke me in the middle of the night last weekend, panting and licking her chops, she was nervous.  At 3 am!  I put a drop between her shoulder blades, and she was snoring by 4 am.  Mommy needed a little something more to get back to sleep.  The next evening we were slammed with more thunderstorms, so before I even went to bed, I loaded her up, one drop on my hand massaged behind her ears and wiped down her sides.  Within minutes, before I even finished writing about it on FB, she got up off the couch and put herself to bed!  Storms be darned!

This is a dog who approves of T-Away!

But it hasn't stopped raining.  My floor is covered in muddy footprints. My backyard is a swamp.
I couldn't take any more. I had to resort to making my own Sunshine with my Essential Oils.

Sunshine Blend in the Diffuser

5 drops Grapefruit
5 drops Orange
3 drops Bergamot
2 drops Frankincense

More Fall Diffuser Recipes

Sorry it has taken me so long to post this.  I meant to put it up in the beginning of November. We've been having some technical difficulty on the home computer, and the drive where I store my pics and recipes was slowly dying.   Luckily, we back it all up to one of those crazy cloud things, so we didn't lose it, I just couldn't get at it.  But WHOOP, here it is:
